Reddin Assessments, located at Carlos J Finlay 6, Col. Cuauhtémoc, Delegación Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City, C.P. 06500; is responsible for collecting your personal data, the use made of it, and its protection in accordance with the guidelines of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LPDPPP) published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on July 5, 2011.

You own your personal data and information; by using this website, you provide your information to Reddin Assessments authorizing the processing of your personal data as explained in this policy. Otherwise, you are advised not to use this website and not to provide your personal data to Reddin Assessments.

– For the fulfillment of our service contracts for selection, hiring, and development undertaken by clients who use our consultancy services and clients who use our managerial and sales skills assessment service or various service provision contracts with our clients;
– To evaluate whether you are qualified for a position or role, to communicate with you regarding available positions or services we offer, and to inform our clients and business partners about our services;
– To conduct research and analysis, generate statistical reports, and evaluate the performance and growth of the Company, its subsidiaries, employees, and the labor market;
– To generate profiles and job structures that allow for increased and improved productivity, as well as for any other purposes that the Company deems necessary for the improvement of working conditions;
– For administrative purposes, such as risk management, to comply with legal obligations or those aimed at meeting certain needs, and to resolve or defend legal complaints and demands; marketing and recommendations. We may use your personal data to send you our offers in a personalized way and provide you with more appropriate services, for example, to make recommendations and show you the content of our services, this may include products and/or services of Reddin Assessments, as well as special promotions for them.

Likewise, Reddin Assessments may share and/or transmit your information and personal data to subsidiary or affiliated companies, national or foreign. We may also share your information: (I) when any government authority or various government official responsible for enforcing the law requests or reasonably requires such information; (II) when required by law or in response to legal proceedings.

Reddin Assessments will treat your information and personal data as confidential and will take preventive measures to protect it against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction, and will not disclose it for any purpose other than that established in this Privacy Notice. Your information will be treated as confidential and will be managed for the time necessary to achieve the purposes mentioned in this Privacy Notice.

For the purposes mentioned above, Reddin Assessments requires the obtaining of the following personal data: (I) full name, (II) email address, (III) occupation, (IV) company and department where you work, (V) tenure in the position and in the company where you work (VI) profession, (VII) your skills and aptitudes, including obtained titles, and any other information that is necessary in relation to this. In the case of minors, the same information mentioned in the previous points of their parents or guardian. Such personal data may be collected at any time by Reddin Assessments or any other subsidiary or affiliated entities of the Company. By means of this, it is made known that some of the personal data that will be collected may be considered as Sensitive Personal Data in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals.

The privacy and security of your personal data are of utmost importance to Reddin Assessments, so within its structure, specific responsibilities have been assigned to address matters related to security and privacy, enforcing its internal policies. Appropriate measures are taken to address online security, physical security, the risk of data loss, and other similar risks taking into account the risk represented by the processing and the nature of the data under protection. In addition, access to your databases containing personal data is restricted to authorized personnel who need access to such information.

Your rights consist of knowing what personal data Reddin Assessments has, requesting that your personal data be deleted or updated if it is incomplete, incorrect, or outdated or if it is unnecessary, requesting that Reddin Assessments stop processing your personal data for marketing or advertising.

These rights can be exercised through the contact means referred to below. In some cases, especially if you want us to delete your personal data or stop processing it, it may be understood that Reddin Assessments may not be able to continue providing you with various services.

Any communication or for the exercise of the right to oppose, access, rectify, and cancel must be made by email to the address: info@reddinassessments.com. To exercise the rest of the rights of the holders of personal data, it must be done by means of a written request submitted to the address indicated in the first paragraph of this section addressed to Reddin Assessments.

Reddin Assessments may modify this policy and others related to the use of personal data from time to time, with or without prior notice and may or may not provide significant notice on the homepage of this site, or by email, so it is recommended to review this policy periodically.
